What are my processing options?
We have many options available for all types and sizes of business. From counter top Point-of-Sale machines, to internet gateways, we have a solution for anyone! We can also give you the ability to accept checks, EBT, and debit cards.
What cards can I accept?
By signing up, you are automatically able to accept Visa and MasterCard, but you can also sign up to accept Discover and American Express!!
How long before I can accept Credit Cards?
From the moment you receive your Credit Card Terminal you are ready to run cards! We have you processing within 24 hours of signing up!
How can I make sure my system is working without getting charged for it?
You can call into our Customer Support line tool free at 1-877-626-8320 and we can test your ability to take all types of credit cards and checks without charging you a dime!
Is there a min/max to how much I can charge?
There is no minimum, but a maximum will be established based on your type of business, don't worry though, as your business grows, so can your limit!
Is there a limit to the dollar amount procesed per month?
That depends on guidelines set down based on your type of business, but generally speaking, no.
How do you handle credits/refunds to customers?
Credits and refunds, just as regular card transactions take effect 24-48 hours after processing them in your terminal. The full amount of the original transaction is removed from your account and placed back in the customers.
Will I receive a statement?
Yes! Every month you will receive a statement detailing all of your processing by card type, amount, and day that you ran them.
How/When will I get my money?
Your money will be directly deposited in your bank account 24-48 hours after processing the card with any applicable fees already removed so you don't have to worry about constant debits to your account.
Can I accept checks/EBT/debit cards?
Yes! We have programs that allow you to take any of these at your business!
Will I be able to give my customers cash back when using their debit cards?
Yes, we have a program that will allow you to offer this to your customers!
